Refund Policy
14 days, no questions. If Pro isn't worth it to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, and we will refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Cancel any time. Cancelling stops future payments. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method. How long they take to arrive depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
After a refund, Pro stops. The free plugin keeps working, and your local data stays on your machine.
Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer law where you live.
